I am a visual artist and art therapy practitioner. I graduated from the Faculty of Fine Arts, Helwan University in 2003, and later earned diplomas in Art Therapy from the Faculty of Art Education, Helwan University, and in Mental Health from Ain Shams University.
I have also trained internationally, completing a diploma in the use of art in education and therapy with German artist Petra Rosenkranz, as well as a counseling certificate with Ms. Suzy Lotfy at the School of Counseling. I took part in the International Conference on Art Therapy through the Anthroposophic approach in Dornach, Switzerland, and completed the Foundation Program in Anthroposophic Medicine at Arlesheim Academy, Switzerland.
My practical experience includes working for two years with African refugees and at Hermel Hospital for children with cancer, where I used art as a tool to heal trauma and post-traumatic stress.
Currently, I offer individual and group art therapy sessions, supporting people struggling with anxiety, depression, and post-traumatic stress disorder through creative and healing processes.
